 # Toothpaste- Don’t underestimates the power of your toothpaste. It not only cleans your teeth but makes a wonderful silver cleaner. Spread toothpaste on your silver jewellery and rub it with the help of an old toothbrush. Use water to remove tarnish from your jewellery.   

 # Baking soda- For stringent tarnish on silver, anti-tarnish paste made of 2 tablespoons of water and ¼ cup of baking soda is a panacea. Spread this paste on tarnished silver and rub it. Don’t forget to wash your silver jewellery properly with water.     

 # Lemon- Be cautious while using this technique of cleaning for delicate silverwares. Take few drops of lemon and mix it well with salt. Soak a cloth in this solution and rub the jewellery. Use water to remove this solution from silver. 

 # Tomato Ketchup- Tomato ketchup is a useful daily eatable. Tarnished silver jewellery can be cleaned by soaking in ketchup for some time. This process must be followed by cleaning with water. 

# White Vinegar- By using a paste of vinegar and baking soda, make your silver artifacts and jewellery shine. Take ½ cup of white vinegar and 2 tablespoons of baking soda and soak your silver products in it. Clean them thoroughly with water and dab it.
